Concentration: Cross Cultural Leadership

This concentration is designed for students who seek a broad, multi-disciplinary approach toward careers in organizations with cross cultural and international activities. This concentration allows the individual to selectively combine several disciplines to develop skills needed to function effectively in cross cultural and global environment.

Students use economic analysis to examine the nature of organizations operating within a global economy, develop the skills needed to manage people in diverse environments and think from multiple perspectives, and learn to analyze similarities and differences in verbal and non-verbal communication among different cultures as it relates to norms, values and practices.
