The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) has been certifying Professional Human Resource (PHR) and Senior Professional Human Resource (SPHR) professionals since 1976. Acquiring the PHR and SPHR certification demonstrates you’ve mastered the HR body of knowledge and builds your credibility and marketability.
The SHRM Learning System, used by Miami University, is designed to prepare you to sit for the PHR/SPHR exam by providing a solid knowledge base in six key areas of HR responsibility:
