A Message from the Regional Campus Dean, Dr. G. Michael Pratt
The text version of this video:
Hello. I’m Michael Pratt, dean of Miami University’s regional campuses at Hamilton, Middletown and the Voice of America Learning Center.
I have a unique perspective on what taking classes at a regional campus can do. I started my academic career at Miami Middletown, relocated to Oxford and went on to get the education that enabled me to pursue my goals and my dreams.
The pathway that helped me get started is still here for students and today the regional campuses have more pathways to success. There is one for you.
Miami’s regionals offer a full quality Miami educationcombined with close-to-home convenience. We have excellent faculty, state-of-the-art classroom technology and our tuition is among the lowest of Ohio’s 23 regional campuses.
We offer bachelor’s degrees in nursing, engineering technology and integrative studies, as well as an array of associate degrees. Regional campus students can take the first two years of almost any bachelor’s degree offered at Miami before they relocate to Oxford. Weekend, evening and online classes also are available to help us serve busy students with family and work commitments.
I invite you to visit our website, call us or schedule a campus visit. We’re ready to help you take the first step—or the next step—toward achieving your goals.
