Salsa Making Featured Event at July 12 Verity Traditions

Making Salsa: Hot Stuff! will be on the menu at noon on Thursday, July 12 at Miami University Middletown’s Verity Lodge.

Terri Chatfield from the Ohio State University’s Butler County Extension Office will discuss developing a signature salsa recipe, growing fresh herbs, making fruit salsa and preserving salsa. She will also make a batch of salsa for sampling!

Verity Traditions will continue with Family Photo Fun, a hands-on workshop that will show participants creative ways to share photos with friends and family (August 14, noon) and a thought-provoking discussion led by The Thought Sherpas (August 28, 6 p.m.)
